Not many OBX locations offer sunsets over the water. From this home, the Albemarle Sound extends over 25 miles to the west. Many times during the year the sun sets over this huge body of water. Situated on a point, this home in one of Currituck's premier sound front subdivisions has water views beyond 180 degrees. Advertised as a three bedroom home it is really four bedrooms. Just the septic system is for a three bedroom. The waterfront has both a bulkhead and rip rap installed for extra protection. Dock your boat here or store it on the lift. The water depth at the end of the dock changes but is often 3 feet deep. On the inside you'll appreciate updated kitchen and bathrooms. Some of the quality materials and craftmanship include quartz, wood and cultured marble counter tops, beautiful oak hardwood floors, custom wood trim and cathedral ceilings.
